April Stamp of the Month: Typed Note Rose Blossom Blog Hop

Welcome to the Rose Blossom Stamp of the Month Blog Hop! This month we have 9 Close To My Heart Consultants from the Rose Blossom team sharing their creations using April's Stamp of the Month and other great Close To My Heart products on their blogs.

April's featured stamp set is called Typed Note and has 19 stamp images:

If you came here from Kim's amazing blog, you are on the right path.  This blog hop is a great big circle, so you can start here and work your way around. Should you get lost along the way, you can always come back here and go to the bottom of the post for the blog hop list.

Here we go!

This stamp set is retro-cool, so I decided to have some fun with it. I used the retired Timberline paper pack and made the card base with the Artfully Sent cartridge. The cool notebook page and fun images all come from the Artbooking cartridge

I stamped the images and ink edged all papers with Chocolate ink, and to make the card pop, I used Goldrush cardstock for the hat, bow tie and inside the card to back the chevrons. Retired hemp and some metal Durables make this the perfect masculine card for Father's Day.

Remember, April's SOTM is only available until April 30th! You can get this cool stamp set for only $5 with a $5o purchase.

Now it's time for you to keep moving on the hop!  Head on over to Cathy's incredible blog - you'll love her artwork!

Should you get lost along the way, here are the blogs in the hop.  I invite you to follow each one so that you can keep up with what they are doing in their crafting lives!!

Ditto to the genius. I struggle with male cards (being I have 4 in my house) and I may have to copy also!! Great JOB!!

The layering and color choices are so artfully executed! I really like how you incorporated some die cuts into this design. Thanks for helping me see some new possiblities to create with!

Okay, that bow tie is a stroke of brilliance! I love everything about this card! I'll be borrowing heavily from this for my dad's card this year. Thanks for the inspiration!!!!!

What a fabulous combo of elements and colors! I really love the "texture" you created with the paper, twine, inking, and dimension. I'll be revisiting this a few more times! Thanks Morgan!

I love that you chose to stamp in brown. I have only used black with this set but I love it in brown too!
