Urban is such a cool collection - not only are the patterns awesome, but it can be used to create so many different themes!
These are photos from France's Dome des Invalides, a place dedicated to France's war heroes. The textures from the Urban paper pack were just perfect for these older buildings.
The idea for the waving banners actually came from the Scrapbook and Cards Today online class I'm taking - this was one of the designs we were given. The original banners were straight, but I though waving banners would be cooler for this theme.
