New Annual Inspirations Artwork - Basics Fundamentals Card

Our brand new Annual Inspirations catalog means brand new artwork! I cannot wait to show off all the lovely projects I've been creating.

Here is the first thing I made when that big box of new products came in:

Technique: Sometimes the easiest way to break in a new pack of paper is to cut strips - you use the paper, but still leave most of it in tact! So I cut strips of patterned paper and cardstock, overlapping them.

The For You Darling stamp set is a two-step stamp that allows you to create more realistic and dimensional flowers. I used the lighter Bashful ink along with a medium color (Pixie) and a darker color (Raspberry) for the outlines.

Take It Up a Notch: Although our Gold Shimmer Brush isn't new, what I did with it is new to me! I squeezed the brush so the tip had some liquid and then flicked it across the card. I love all the ways you can use shimmer brushes!
